Chapter 13: Personal Loans Offered by RHB Bank Berhad

A. RHB  Personal Financing-i for Civil Sector.

1. Total finance  : RM2000  – RM200000

2. Finance period: 24 to 120 month

 3.Annual profit rate: 4.5% p.a to 4.5% p.a

 4.Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM2000 per month or RM24000 per year

5. Eligibility requirements:

                                                   I.     General requirements.

-Aged 18 to 58 years.

-Serve in the public sector, or government retirees.

-Minimum income of RM2000 per month or RM24,000 per year.

6.Required documents:

                                              I.          2 copies of Identity Card (MyCard) front and back.

                                            II.          Latest monthly salary slip – Original and 1 copy

                                          III.          Letter of confirmation of position from the employer – Original and 1 copy

                                          IV.          Debt redemption statement/debt balance – original and 1 copy.

                                            V.          Latest bank statement or book – 2 copies.

 

7.Charges imposed:

                                              I.          Stamp duty charge of RM10

                                            II.          Late payment charge of 1% of the outsanding balance


B. RHB Easy-Pinjaman Ekspres.

1.Total finance  : RM2000  – RM150000

2.Finance period: 12 to 84 month

3. Annual profit rate: 6.9% p.a to 13.45% p.a

4. Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM1500 per month or RM18000 per year

5. Eligibility requirements:

                                                   I.     General requirements

-Aged 21 to 55 years.

-Monthly income of RM1500 per month or RM18,000 per year

-Not blacklist by any bank or AEON kredit (M) Berhad

-There no account under Special Observation or Special Attention Account (SAA)

-Not uner the auspices of the Credit Counseling and Management Agency (AKPK)

                                            II.          Conditions for private employees

-Have company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for more than 1 year.

-Have company current account.

6 .Required documents:

                                              I.          For private sector workers

-Copy of latest 3 months salary slip.

-Copy of latest 3 month salary entry bank statement.

-Copy of latest 6 month EPF contribution statement

                                            II.          For self- employed

-Copy of company registration certificate from SSM.

-Copy of the company’s latest 6 month current account statement.

-Copy of latest BE/BE e-Form with tax payment receipt.

 

7.Charges imposed:

-A stamp duty charge of 0.5% is levied and will be deducted from the loan amount passed

-RHB will also charge an early termination charge of RM200 only if you wish to terminate your financing within 6 months from the date the loan is approved.

 

 C.RHB  Personal Loan.

1.Total finance  : RM2000  – RM150000

2. Finance period: 24 to 84 month

3. Annual profit rate: 6.9% p.a to 13.45% p.a

4. Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM2000 per month or RM24000 per year

5.Eligibility requirements:

                                                   I.     General requirements.

-Malaysian

-Aged 21 to 60 years.

-Minimum income of RM2000 per month or RM24,000 per year.

-Not blacklist by any bank or AEON kredit (M) Berhad

-There no account under Special Observation or Special Attention Account (SAA)

-Not uner the auspices of the Credit Counseling and Management Agency (AKPK)

                                            II.          Condition for government employees

-Employment status is fixed

                                         III.          Conditions for private employees.

-Have company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for more than 1 year.

-Have company current account.

 

 

6 .Required documents:

                                              I.          For government employees

-Copy of Identity Card (MyKAD)

-Copy of latest 3 month salary slip.

-Copy of latest 3 month salary entry bank statement.

                                            II.          For GLC staff / Private employees

-Copy of Identity Card (MyKAD).

-Copy of latest 3 month salary slip.

-Copy of latest 3 month salary entry bank statement

-Copy of latest 6 month EPF contribution statement.

                                         III.          For self-employment

-Copy of Identity Card (MyKAD).

-Copy of company registration certificate from SSM

-Copy of the company’s latest 6 month current account statement

-Copy of BE/BE e-Form with tax payment receipt

 

 

 7. Charges imposed:

-A stamp duty charge of 0.5% is levied and will be deducted from the loan amount passed

-A late payment charge of RM100 or 1% balance will be levied if you are late paying your loan.
