BANK ISLAM MALAYSIA BERHAD

A.    Bank Islam Pembiayaan Peribadi Profesional

1.      Total finance: RM 10 000 – RM 300 000

2.      Finance period: 12- 120 months

3.      Profit rate: 4.42% p.a – 4.63% p.a

4.      Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM 3500 per month or RM 42 000 per year

5.      Eligibility requirements:

·         Malaysian

·         Aged 25 to 60 years.

·         Served as one of the following position:

-          Medical doctor

-          Dentist

-          Accountant

-          Engineer

-          The pilot

-          Lecturers (Only for lecturers from 20 IPTA and 20 IPTS listed by Bank Islam.

-          Architect

-          Safety and Health Officer

-          Pharmaceutics

-          Veterinarian

-          Optometrist

-          Optician

-          Quantity Surveyor.

·         Permanent position.

·         Fixed income with monthly gross salary income of not less than RM3,500 or annual RM42,000.

·         There is no blacklist in the CTOS report.

·         There are no arrears on CCRIS records.

6.      Required documents:

Ø  Basic documents

·         Copy of identity card (MyKad).

·         Copy of latest 3 months salary slip.

·         Copy of bank account statement of latest 3 months salary entry.

·         Latest employer confirmation letter.

·         Copy of latest EPF (EPF) or Income Tax statement.

Ø  Additional documents based on position

·         Doctor

o   MMC/MMA registration certificate or;

o   For LOCUM, voucher/payment letter from clinic or hospital.

·         Dentist

o   MDC registration certificate.

·         Accountant

o   Degree in Accounting.

o   Professional certificate from MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA.

·         The pilot

o   Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

·         Lecturer

o   Degree / Master / PHD

·         Architect

o   Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or related course.

o   Registration with Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) or Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) or Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM).

·         Security Officer (Security Officer)

o   OSH officer certification certificate by the Director General of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Green Book).

·         Pharmaceutist

o   Degree in Pharmacy.

o   Registration of membership with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board (LFM) or LFM Annual Practical Certificate (APC) or LFM Certificate of Qualification.

·         Veterinarian

o   Bachelor of Veterinary Degree or in a related field.

o   Membership with the Malaysian Veterinary Council (MVC) or Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from MVC.

·         Optometrists and Opticians

o   Degree in Optometry (Optometris) or at least a Diploma in a related field (Optician) and Registration of membership with The Malaysian Optical Council (MOC) or Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from MOC or Permit Optical Lenses (Optician).

·         Quantity Surveyor

o   Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related field and Membership registered with The Board of Quantity Surveyor (BQSM) or Certificate of registration - Form D (Registered QS)

7.      Charges Imposed:

·         A stamp duty charge of 0.5% will be deducted from the amount passed.

·         Wakalah (Agency) charge of RM50.

·         Late payment penalty charges of 1% of the outstanding balance

B.     Bank Islam Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Bukan Pakej

1.      Total finance: RM 10 000 – RM 150 000

2.      Finance period: 12 – 120 months

3.      Annual profit rate: 5.5% p.a – 6.5% p.a

4.      Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM 4000 per month or RM 48 000 per year

5.      Eligibility requirements:

·         Malaysian.

·         Aged between 18 years to 60 years.

·         Work/Serve in one of the following categories:

o   Government employees.

o   Employees of Government Linked Companies (GLCs).

o   Private Employees (Syarikat Sendirian Berhad listed in the Bank Islam Package).

·         Monthly income of RM4,000 (gross salary) or annual RM48,000 (gross salary).

·         Not listed by any Bank in Malaysia or AEON Credit.

·         No account under Special Attention Account (SAA).

·         Not under the Credit Management Program (PPK) from AKPK

6.      Required documents:

·         Copy of Identity Card (MyKad).

·         Copy of latest 3 months Salary Slip.

·         Copy of the latest job confirmation letter from the employer.

·         One of the documents below: - Copy of latest EPF statement (EPF); - Copy of latest 3 months Bank Account Statement. - Copy of latest income statement (Form BE/eBE/EA/EC)

7.      Charges imposed:

·         No processing charges.

·         Stamp Duty charge of 0.5% of the passed amount.

·         Agency Charge (Wakalah) RM50.00.

·         Advance payment equivalent to 2 months monthly installments. You do not have to pay installments in the first two months of the financing period.

Ø  Other charges imposed for this financing are as follows:

·         No early termination charges. You will be given a rebate (Ibra ’) for early termination.

·         Late payment charge of 1% of the outstanding balance.

 

C.    Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Pakej Kadar Terapung

1.      Total finance: RM 10 000 – RM 300 000

2.      Finance period: 12 – 120 months

3.      Annual profit rate: 4.42% p.a – 4.52% p.a

4.      Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM 2000 per month or RM 24000 per year

5.      Eligibility requirements:

·         Malaysian.

·         Aged between 18 years to 60 years.

·         Work/Serve in one of the following categories:

o   Government employees.

o   Employees of Government Linked Companies (GLCs).

o   Private Employees (Syarikat Sendirian Berhad selected in the Bank Islam Package).

·         Monthly income of RM2,000 (gross salary) or annual RM24,000 (gross salary).

·         Not blacklisted by any Bank in Malaysia or AEON Credit.

·         No account under Special Attention Account (SAA).

·         Not under the auspices of AKPK

6.      Required documents:

·         Copy of Identity Card (MyKad).

·         Copy of latest 3 months Salary Slip.

·         Copy of Bank Statement (salary crediting) latest 3 months.

·         Latest job confirmation letter.

·         One of the documents below: - Copy of latest EPF statement (EPF); - Copy of latest income statement (Form BE/eBE/EA/EC)

7.      Charges imposed:

·         No processing charges.

·         Stamp Duty charge of 0.5% of the passed amount.

4.      Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM 2000 per month or RM 24 000 per year

5.      Eligibility requirements:

·         Malaysian.

·         Aged between 18 years to 60 years.

·         Work/Serve in one of the following categories:

o   Government employees.

o   Employees of Government Linked Companies (GLCs).

o   Statutory Body Staff.

o   Private Employees (Syarikat Sendirian Berhad selected in the Bank Islam Package).

·         Monthly income of RM2,000 (gross salary) or annual RM24,000 (gross salary).

·         Not listed by any Bank in Malaysia or AEON Credit.

·         No account under Special Attention Account (SAA).

·         Not under the AKPK division

6.      Required documents:

·         Copy of Identity Card (MyKad).

·         Copy of latest 3 months Salary Slip.

·         Copy of Bank Statement (salary crediting) latest 3 months.

·         Latest job confirmation letter.

·         One of the documents below: - Copy of latest EPF statement (EPF); - Copy of latest income statement (Form BE/eBE/EA/EC)

7.      Charges imposed:
