The following are the personal loan shemes offered by MayBank.
A. Maybank Personal Financing-i
1. Total finance : RM5000 – RM100000
2.Finance period: 24 to 72 month
3. Annual profit rate: 6.5% p.a to 8.0% p.a
4. Salary eligibility: Gross salary RM3500 per month or RM42000 per year
5. Eligibility requirements:
I. General requirements.
-Malaysian.
-Aged 21 to 60 years.
-Minimum income of RM3500 per month or
RM42,000 per year.
-Not blacklist by any Financial
Instituation In Malaysia (Bank, Cooperatives, Aeon)
-Does not have an account under
Special Attention Account (SAA).
-Not under the auspices of the
Credit Counseling and Debt Management Agency(AKPK)
II. Conditions for private employees.
-Have
a company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia(SSM) for a minimum
of one year.
III. Conditions for government employees.
-Employment
status is fixed.
IV. Conditions for private employees and
GLCs.
-Has worked over 6 month with the
same company.
-Have a minimum EPF contribution of
6 months.
6 .Required documents:
I.
Document for Government/Private/GLC Employees.
-Copy of Identity Card (MyKAD) front
and back.
-Copy of 3 month salary slip.
-Copy of 6 month bank statement of
salary entry (salary credited by the company to the account).
-Latest BE form with tax
payment receipt
II.
Documents for Self-Employment.
-Copy of identity Card (MyKAD) front
and back.
-Copy of Company Registration
Certificate.
-6 month copy of company bank
statement.
-Form BE or e-Form BE with tax
payment receipt.
7.Charges imposed:
-Maybank Islamic does not charge any
provessing fees or stamp duty charges if your loan is approved.
-The only charge is late payment
charge of 1% of the total arrears.
